Developing robust manufacturing systems is a tremendously enjoyable challenge. Production of a quality part is the reward that follows the development of those systems. To ensure that quality is built into every process, inspection has to be fundamental part of all manufacturing operations. No system can truly be considered complete without inspection to ensure part quality.
Our engineering philosophy requires that inspection and data feedback be integral to every system we produce. As such, we have completed a variety of offline and inline inspection systems. These systems have been designed to verify process characteristics such as part height, fin density, application weights, proper placement of components in an assembly, part integrity/longevity and much more.
With our proficiency in Controls Engineering, we also understand the importance of inline inspection and closed loop control. We have developed a variety of applications where parameters such as dimensional callouts and force characteristics are measured as part of the manufacturing process. We are then able to use this captured data to close the loop on these characteristics to ensure first time through quality of the process.
Inspection is the ultimate demonstration of the importance of understanding systems mechanically, chemically, and electrically to achieve the desired output from a given process. One of our strengths is our experience in all of these disciplines and we look forward to leveraging them for your inspection applications.
