Supporting an installed base of manufacturing equipment is an important service that Innovative Automation enjoys providing.  We enjoy working on our own equipment as well as the equipment of our customers and other manufacturers.  Along with the large installed base of Livernois equipment, we have provided support opportunities around the world.

We have modeled our company based upon our ability to provide services for Mechanical, Chemical, and Electrical Engineering disciplines catering to the manufacturing sector.  Not only do these areas of expertise help us to develop new applications, but they allow us to work on a variety of manufacturing processes installed in virtually any facility in the world.  The key to being able to support this diversity of operations is a basic understanding of manufacturing engineering processes.  We are able to break any process down into small manageable tasks that fall within the scope of one of our three main disciplines.

By partnering with our customers, we are able to support and troubleshoot a wide variety of systems and processes.  We regularly provide support mechanical and chemical systems support.  We also provide Controls Programming and diagnostics support.  We are fully capable of supporting a full range of technologies from Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi while also understanding CodeSys and its application for a variety of suppliers like Ormec and Parker.
